The Site and Our Services

The Site provides information about GAV Records and the artist development, management, and marketing services we offer. It is provided for general informational purposes. Any actual engagement between you and GAV Records — whether as an artist, client, or partner — is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Eligibility

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Artist names, marks, and works referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.

Submissions and Unsolicited Materials

We do not accept unsolicited demos, recordings, lyrics, or other creative materials, and we have no obligation to review, return, or keep confidential any material you send us. Any information or material you submit through the Site — including through the contact form — is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of responding to and evaluating your inquiry. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential or that you are not free to share.

The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms (such as Instagram, Spotify, and TikTok). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement between us, are the entire agreement between you and GAV Records regarding the Site.
